EaaS Site Manager

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Bulk Equipment Corp. is redefining how heavy equipment fleets are deployed, maintained, and managed in industrial environments. We don’t rent machines – we deliver uptime, reliability, and machine run-hour availability through our Equipment as a Service (EaaS) model.

This is not a traditional shop manager role. This is a leadership position responsible for implementing and managing a world-class fleet performance program inside a 24/7 industrial facility.

The EaaS Program Site Manager is the on-site leader responsible for:

  • Fleet uptime and Availability
  • Safety leadership and culture
  • Customer satisfaction and partnership
  • Financial performance (P&L ownership)
  • Team leadership and development

This role leads a team of 6–8 heavy equipment technicians and serves as Bulk’s primary on-site representative.

  • Lead day-to-day EaaS site operations
  • Ensure equipment readiness and Included Hours delivery
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance and reliability programs
  • Maintain clean, professional shop and field operations
  • Be available/on-call for critical breakdown escalations
  • Mentor and manage technicians
  • Drive safety, accountability, and performance culture
  • Enforce PPE, safe work practices, and Bulk’s Life Saving Rules
  • Become the first call for customer problem solving
  • Participate in daily operations planning meetings
  • Communicate status, availability, and performance transparently
  • Manage parts/labor cost control
  • Oversee purchasing approvals
  • Support billing through strong documentation
  • Own site P&L performance

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 5+ years heavy equipment experience
  • 5+ years purchasing, budgeting, or cost control
  • Experience managing technical teams in industrial environments
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and decision-making
  • Strong computer skills + Excel proficiency
  • High integrity, accountability, and professionalism
